Once a user has stored his or her access data in the system, he or she will be able to access the applications directly from there. First, access to DoubleClue is protected with adaptive multifactor authentication (MFA). This means that your employees have to “double-identify” themselves to access their DoubleClue MyApplications dashboard. At the same time, each user sets an individual encryption key at the beginning of the setup process. This enables encrypted storage of credentials on the central DoubleClue server (on-premises or in the cloud). This login process is also designed to be very user-friendly, as a secure stay-logged-in can be configured for secure devices.

DoubleClue also allows the integration of third-party authenticator apps. If your employees already use two-factor authentication for external services like PayPal or social media through them, they don’t have to do without it in the future.
